The downpipe without catalyst from Akrapovic is designed specifically for the BMW R 1300 GS 2023-2026 (type GG13). It replaces the stock downpipe while keeping the Titanium finish, with a carbon heat shield included.
The gains are real: +4.20 hp and +5.90 Nm of torque, for a weight of just 3.40 kg. The sound level rises to 94.3 dB at 3,875 rpm compared to 90.5 dB stock — a noticeable improvement in sound, without going overboard.
Installation time is estimated at 1 hour.
Please note: on Euro5+ bikes fitted with two lambda sensors, installing this downpipe will trigger a check engine light on the dashboard. Remapping is required.
