The Storm GP silencer is a sport exhaust solution designed for the Kawasaki Z 1000 (2014-2020), compatible with types ZRT00F, ZXT00L, ZXT00L M1 X and ZXT00H. Sold as a pair, it fits directly as a replacement for the stock silencers.
The stated gains are significant: -3.60 kg on the scales, +4.30 hp and +5.40 Nm of torque — which you can clearly feel in use, both in agility and throttle response.
This silencer carries an H+S (road legal with removable DB killer) approval: it is road legal when the removable DB killer is fitted. Removing the DB killer delivers a more assertive exhaust note, but renders the silencer not road legal.
